Non-Profit Week 2025- Week-Long Member Pass

ECVO members are eligible to purchase a week-long pass for open access to all events and sessions throughout Non-Profit Week, plus receive a professional headshot! (Bookings for headshots open January 20 - space is limited, so book early)

HOW PASSES WORK

• No need to register for any events during Non-Profit Week, just show up and sign in at the registration table
• Bookings to meet with ACSN volunteers will need to be made in advanced 
• Head shots will take place Monday, February 10 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and will need to be booked in advance by emailing membership@ecvo.ca to arrange a time.

DETAILS

• Must be an ECVO member to purchase (Not a member? Join now and then register!)
• Passes purchased are attached to the person who purchased the pass and not the general organization
• Organizational members who would like to send more than one staff throughout the week will need to purchase a pass per staff
• Passes are not transferable

REFUND POLICY

Cancellation by Organizer
In the event of a cancellation of the event by the ECVO, registrants will be notified immediately via email and a full refund will be issued.
