InVESt - Transformational Practices for Managing Volunteers

How can your organization courageously transform and become more resilient in the face of changes in volunteerism.

We’ve heard loud and clear that organizations are struggling to find volunteers. Many organizations are finding previously dedicated volunteers have reduced their commitments or disappeared altogether. In this current state of declining volunteerism, what would happen if we took courageous steps to transform our practices, change our policies and demonstrate strong leadership? Can it be done? What does that look like?

Join us for a conversation where we look at the cycle of volunteer management and ways in which we can reduce barriers for those who want to get involved in our agencies. Come and share your ideas and experiences. Hear some of the challenges and offer to solutions to the ways in which we accidentally prevent people from engaging with us.
