Part of a learning series on resilient leadership in the non-profit sector.
OVERVIEW
With a wave of EDs, CEOs and senior leaders retiring from the non-profit sector, many organizations are exploring how a shared leadership model could benefit their organization.
Shared leadership can not only help with organizational succession planning but create sustainable and resilient leadership through collaborative decision making, playing off each others’ strengths and ideas, and sharing workloads.
Join our panel of non-profit leaders as they share their experiences with shared leadership models. The session will explore why an organization might consider shared leadership, how to develop a strong model and some of the challenges and successes that the panel members have experienced over the years.
