Are you seeking a shared community to engage in human resources discussions and learning? Do you want to explore other aspects of HR within the non-profit sector? Join ECVO's HR Community of Practice and have a dialogue about these and other topics.
ECVO is excited to host the Human Resources Community of Practice for senior HR leaders and Executive Directors. This intimate group will benefit from peer-to-peer learning through shared experiences, shared resources and a broadened connection to others supporting HR in the non-profit sector. ECVO currently hosts quarterly meetings, and we are extending invitations for other non-profit organizations to join in the conversation!
Currently, our COP meets quarterly and will host a maximum of 10 individuals. Our group meetings will provide an opportunity for individuals to share current trends within their organization or new HR initiatives, ask questions of others, and expand ways of thinking about HR approaches. Topics will be provided in advance of each meeting so that individuals can participate in a fulsome way.
UPCOMING SESSION - Topics for February 22, 2024:
- Benefits: What does your benefit plan snapshot? Do you know your employee usage? How is disability management handled?
- Acting Pay: How does your organization implement acting pay? Is there a policy in place?
Registration deadline: Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
