Join Shannon Gander and learn how to support your teams' mental health while preventing further burnout and increasing leadership skills.
There was no pre-training for leaders on managing through a pandemic nor is there the perfect handbook on adjustment to the next normal. On-going concerns are how to successfully engage everyone in a hybrid culture; how to maintain strong team dynamics, and how to ensure all team members feel supported in their work. Most leadership teams are tired while continuing to hold up their employees and trying to prevent further burnout themselves.
This training focuses on the soft skills that leaders can draw on in times of change, adjustment and beyond. We will unpack the 3 Be’s for exploring a toolkit of strategies that contribute to mental wellness both individually, in work teams and in our families without adding more to the “to-do” list. This workshop is perfect for those that want to increase their awareness, increase their leadership skills, further reduce mental health stigma and learn deliberate actions for flourishing and taking care.
ABOUT THE SESSION
