ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Celeste Bannon Waterman joined KCI in 2010 and applied her research skills and her experience in philanthropy to establish KCI’s analytics practice – including data analytics, predictive modeling, targeted screening and environment scans – which are now a core element of KCI’s overall continuum of services. Celeste is a recognized research and analytics authority in Canada with a deep commitment to her craft, exceptional at spotting the relevant ‘data’ issues for clients, and then simplifying, problem-solving and determining the right strategic course of action. Her work with clients has grown to encompass a full range of strategic services, including fundraising program analysis, campaign studies, revenue generation plans, operational reviews, and targeted counsel. She also leads KCI’s compensation benchmarking and consulting services, giving her a depth of expertise in compensation approaches and structural considerations for nonprofits that inform all aspects of her work.
