In the face of disruption, ensure your organization is equipped to pivot quickly and handle core business functions by planning ahead.

After several months of enduring the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, organizations may be reflecting on lessons learned wondering how they can be used to plan for the future.

Join experienced business continuity professional, Matt Sawatsky for a 60-minute webinar which will introduce the concept of business continuity management and how valuable it can be for non-profit organizations. Matt will lead participants through the steps of business continuity planning, explain how business continuity management differs from other areas of risk management, and share the elements needed to draft a business continuity plan.

This webinar will be recorded and may be used for further educational purposes. Participants will receive a copy of the recording.
