Join Ellis Katsof to learn how interim executive directors can be used in leadership transitions to support your non-profit through organizational shifts.
ECVO presents Ellis Katsof – Principal at the Osborne Group. With decades of experience in supporting leadership transitions in non-profits, Ellis will guide participants in this session to learn the value of transition planning and how an interim executive director can support organizational change.
The non-profit sector is experiencing senior leadership changes, and retirements of EDs and CEOs many of whom have been in their positions for decades – this session is a perfect opportunity to learn how to use an interim executive director as part of an intentional plan in leadership transitions. This session is for senior leaders and board members who are interested in exploring what intentional leadership transition planning looks like in their organizations. Interim EDs can be a valuable tool to help stabilize organizations between leaders and can support changes to operations and management to set the next leader up for success.
This session is for non-profit leaders and board members who are wondering:
- What role do interim executive directors have in leadership transitions?
- How can I prepare my organization to work with an interim executive director?
