2023 Annual General Meeting

ECVO members and the public are invited to our 2023 AGM — an opportunity to get together to reflect on an eventful 2022.

Join us Wednesday, May 24th for the 2023 ECVO Annual General Meeting! It will be a great opportunity to connect with your non-profit peers!

At the AGM, we will reflect on ECVO and the sector over the past year, conduct board business, and elect new directors to the board.

AGENDA

2:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. - Networking, cake & refreshments, ECVO’s 20th anniversary celebration.

3 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. - AGM business, election of a new board of directors, vote on the proposed Articles of Association.

Proposed new Articles of Association

After significant work on our strategic plan, organizational values, and reimagining governance the Edmonton Chamber of Voluntary Organizations Board of Directors will be presenting a new set of Articles of Association for a vote by the membership. These articles will allow the ECVO to continue its reimagining governance work as they create opportunities to try new things, experiment with innovative ideas, and test ways of doing better governance.

ECVO will provide access to the articles closer to the date of the AGM.
