In this 2.5-hour workshop you will discover:
- How organizations can best use social media to tell stories about their brand.
- How to communicate your organization’s message via photos, videos and posts.
- How to ensure social media continuity, even if staff or volunteers change.
- How to schedule posts.
- Options for fundraising on social media.
- Audience segmentation - which social media platforms reach which audiences.
- This workshop will also include a basic component on how to post to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok as a brand.

Tech requirements of participants: A working computer or tablet with the ability to connect to Zoom as well as a working microphone and speakers in order to participate in the Q & A.
ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
Leila Daoud has more than 15 years of experience in communications. She is a media relations, crisis management, and brand reputation specialist who has conducted more than 1800 interviews and crafted more than 1000 news releases.
