Non-profits everywhere are wondering how vaccine policies will play into their return to the office.

Join ECVO for a FREE lunch & learn on mandatory staff vaccination policies and return to work with labour and employment lawyer Taylor Holland and human resources expert Barb Read.

The session will review the legal and organizational perspectives of mandatory vaccination policies, medical exemptions and how to navigate potential challenges.

We will cover topics including the duty to accommodate, disclosure of vaccine status and privacy considerations, and how to implement a vaccine policy without creating division amongst staff.

Following the lunch & learn, ECVO will be sharing policies on our website for organizations to use as a starting point for their own vaccine policies. If you have a vaccination policy you would like to share with the sector as an example, please email your policy to mista@ecvo.ca. We are happy to remove all identifying information from policies before publishing them on our website.
