What is our role as individuals, and as organizations, with power, privilege, audience, and funding in promoting and advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion In this session, we will discuss our roles and responsibilities as individuals and organizations with more social position than others.  We will walk through what it means to be an ally, what standing in solidarity looks like, and outline how to be an inclusive partner organization.  Leave this session with a clear understanding of your role in promoting and advancing EDI in the sector.

This panel discussion will be recorded and may be used for further educational purposes. Participants will receive a copy of the recording.
