The fifth in a series of six thought-provoking discussions on equity, diversity, and inclusion.

How do our biases (unconscious or otherwise) impact on the people we work with, the people we serve, and the decisions we make?  What does bias look like on an individual level?  How about at an organizational level?  This session will walk us through the meaning of bias, how it impacts our relationships, decisions, and our work, and help us understand how to work within a system that continually perpetuates these biases.

This panel discussion will be recorded and may be used for further educational purposes. Participants will receive a copy of the recording.
