2021 Edmonton Volunteer Fair

Book a virtual table for you non-profit  to connect with local volunteers at this year's Volunteer Fair!

Transitioning to an online format this year, ECVO is thrilled to host our annual Volunteer Fair, providing non-profits with the opportunity to connect with local volunteer hopefuls and dozens of other non-profits from Edmonton and Area.

The Volunteer Fair, held on June 16th, is an opportunity to raise awareness for your non-profit and recruit new volunteers; it will also bring attention to the value of volunteerism in our communities. Using an innovative virtual platform called HopIn, non-profits will take a seat at virtual booths, while potential volunteers will navigate through the many booths and the mainstage. Organizations who purchase booths will have the opportunity to attend a highly-encouraged "How To" session with our production team to learn how to navigate the platform and customize their booths as they choose.  Each organization will also receive a package with suggestions and resources on how to make this a successful event.  

PRICING

ECVO Member Pricing: $35

Non-Member Pricing: $50

Late Registration Pricing: $100 

Please note the late registration fee (in place from June 4 - June 11) reflects the additional time and logistics of getting booths added to the platform so close to the event.
