Who is this course for and how will it help partnership brokers?

Brokering partnerships remotely is rapidly becoming a new normal.  As we build and manage our partnerships online this new approach challenges our one-on-one and group relationships and demands we build new, energizing approaches. The Partnership Brokers Association (PBA) has created a new online certificate course for people who are working in remote and online partnerships.  As with other PBA courses, it is designed to collaboratively explore, challenge our approaches and mind sets and reframe our perspectives and approaches.

The course is designed for those new to partnering through to experienced partnership brokers, including those who have participated in Partnership Brokers Association courses.  The course will help develop your skills and confidence to remotely build, manage and optimize multi-stakeholder partnerships and other forms of collaboration.   It will provide you with approaches that combine creativity (‘art’) and rigour (‘science’) to foster mutual understanding, shared leadership and strong results.

Participating in the course is an opportunity to experiment our way forward as we all learn into our ‘new normal’ of operating remotely.  As with other PBA courses, it is designed to collaboratively explore, challenge our approaches and mind sets and reframe our perspectives and approaches.
